    Q : What is the classification of hotel?
    A : The Lakehouse is a boutique resort with only 18 rooms, hence does not have any
         classification.
    Q : What are the facilities in the hotel?
    A : TV Lounge, Games room.
    Q : Do you have handicapped facilities?
    A : No, but we have three rooms on the ground floor for easy access.
    Q : How old is the hotel?
    A : The hotel was opened in 1970.
    Q : When was the hotel last renovated?
    A : The hotel was refurbished in April 2005.
    Q : What was refurbished?
    A : Guest rooms, bathrooms, replace carpets and curtains, re-upholster chairs, fresh coat of
         paint, install ceiling fan in the rooms, bar, lounge and reading room and wireless Internet
         access.
    Q : Can I bring pets to the rooms?
    A : We apologise to inform that pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.
    Q : Menus at the restaurant?
    A : Western cuisine with selection of traditional English food such as roasted beef with Yorkshire
         pudding. Asian set menu is also available.
    Q : Peak periods at the hotel?
    A : Weekends, Malaysia Public Holidays & School Holidays.

    A : Taxi from airport KLIA - 270 km to Lakehouse @ RM 250 nett per way
         Taxi from Bus Terminal KL city - 200 km @ RM 210 nett per way
         Taxi from Shopping Centre KL city - 200 km @ RM 210 nett per way
         Bus from KL city - 200 km @ RM 20 per person

    A : Baby-sitting service can be arranged @ RM 15 per hour.

    Q : How many rooms are there for each room type?
    A : Deluxe Room - 11 rooms

    Q : What are the differences amongst the room types?
    A : Deluxe Double
         1 queen size four-poster bed for 2 pax

         Deluxe Twin
         2 separate single beds for 2 pax

         Junior Suite
         1 single bed & 1 queen size four-poster bed for 3 pax

         Family Suite
         1 queen size four-poster bed & 2 single beds for 4 pax (2 rooms in one with shared
         bathroom)

         Honeymoon Suite
         1 king size four-poster bed, with mini bar, fire place
    Q : What are the amenities in the rooms?
    A : Coffee & tea making facilities, hairdryer.
    Q : What views are available from the rooms?
    A : Rooms have either a view of the lake or the forest.

    Q : Can I book two rooms with one reservation?
    A : Yes, you can.
    Q : Do I need to set up an account before I can make any reservations?
    A : Not necessary.
    Q : Can I make any special requests during the reservation process, such as non-smoking
           rooms or adjoining rooms?
    A : Yes, non-smoking rooms are available on the ground floor (two deluxe double room).
         No adjoining room for Deluxe room.
    Q : Is it necessary for me to provide my credit card details during the reservation process?
    A : Yes, in order to guarantee your reservation.
    Q : Is your website secured?
    A : Yes.
    Q : Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?
    A : Amex, Visa, Mastercard & JCB.
    Q : How do I change or cancel the reservation I made on-line?
    A : You may do so from hotel's website under 'cancel reservation' section - click here.
         You need to provide the email address and check in date for the booking in order to
         complete this process. You can also call the hotel or email info@lakehouse-cameron.com to
         cancel the reservation.
    Q : Can I check-in early? Can I check-out late?
    A : Check-in time is after 1400 hours and check out by 1200 noon.
         Early check-in subject to room availability.
    Q : What is the cancellation policy?
    A : Cancellation has to be made 7 days before arrival date.
         Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in date, 50% of total room charges will
         be debited to guest's credit card.
         For No Shows, 1 night's room charge will be levied.

    A : RM80+ per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.

    A : It is complimentary.

    A : Local taxis are available at starting rate of RM 15 per way.
    Q : Is the tap water drinkable?
    A : No. 2 bottles of water are provided in the room per day at no charge.
    Q : What is the corkage charge at the restaurants?
    A : RM50+ per bottle.
